1. Services Provided
The Stables offers prestige car detailing services including but not limited to luxury, exotic, pre-sale, and event detailing. Our services also include other auto care options such as paint correction, ceramic coating, and vehicle restoration. Details of the services provided are available upon request or on our website.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance either via phone, email.
- A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, and full payment of the remainder of the account is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
- Booking requests submitted through our online booking system are not final until confirmed via phone or email and the deposit has been paid.
- Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other payment methods specified by The Stables.
- Pricing for our services is available upon request and may vary based on the condition of the vehicle, type of service requested, and additional treatments.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in a condition suitable for detailing and repair. Any pre-existing damages or specific concerns about the vehicle should be disclosed at the time of booking.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the detailing service. The Stables is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
4. Service Guarantee
We strive to deliver the best results for your vehicle. While we use the highest quality products and techniques, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle and environmental factors.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 36 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
- In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule your service at no additional cost.
6. Liability and Damages
- The Stables is not liable for any damage caused by factors beyond our control, such as pre-existing defects in the vehicle, hidden damage, or issues that arise during or after the detailing process.
- We are not responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle by third-party services or products that are used in conjunction with our services.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected during the booking process or service will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed on our website.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold The Stables harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to vehicle-related issues or damages caused by actions that violate these terms.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within South Australia.
